Pet Help & Resources

LifeLine strives to keep pets with the people who love them. Whether your dog has behavior issues or your cat has special medical needs, we’ll provide pet resources and assistance to help keep your human-animal family together.

With many families facing hardships, some find it challenging to care for their pets. The LifeLine Community Support team helps residents of Fulton county keep their pets. This effort includes lost pet assistance, behavior training resources, low-cost medical care, pet supplies, temporary pet housing and more.

Training Resources

Whether you have adopted a new pet or need help with your current pet, we can provide you with pet resources and solutions for your pet’s behavior. Many pet behavior challenges can be managed and corrected through training. These resources can help you to improve your pet’s behavior.

GoodPup provides private dog training with certified trainers who teach cues and advanced behavior on crate training, barking, begging and jumping. Pet-Inclusive Or Safety Net Housing

We understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond your control, you may have to give up your pet. Read through the steps you can take to find your pet a new home without having to surrender them to the shelter.

If you’ve lost your pet and they are brought to the shelter for the first time, we will waive reclaim fees and any dog-at-large citation so you can quickly reclaim them at no cost! Free rabies vaccination and pet registration will be provided at the time of pick up, too.
